Cheers to Rep. Terry Morrison

I want to give a big shout-out to Rep. Terry Morrison of South Portland for standing up to the NRA, SAM and the governor in voting against the resolution to hide and make secret the applications and permits issued for concealed gum permits. Rep. Morrison was joined by 10 other legislators in opposed the secrecy legislation. The are reps. Harlow, Hayes, Jones, Moonen, Cooper, Brooks, Dickerson, Chipman, Chapman and Boland. I hope they continue to stand strong and keep the documents subject to public review. Concealed gun permits have always be subject to public inspection and they need to remain that way.
