AUGUSTA — Maine first lady Ann LePage plans to tour Bath Iron Works as she visits the shipbuilding community.
After her morning tour at BIW Wednesday, Mrs. LePage will be serving pizza slices to local patrons at The Cabin Restaurant, which is celebrating 40 years in business on June 3.
Mrs. LePage says Bath has a rich history. For more than two centuries, ships have been built there, and today, Bath hosts one of Maine’s largest employers and has a thriving downtown.
