BATH — Midcoast used a 10-run third inning to beat the Odd Fellows, 14-8, in Coastal Babe Ruth League baseball action recently.

Alexander Bartone, Matt Belanger and Nicholas Doughty had two hits each for Midcoast, while pitcher Ricky Warren struck out nine and walked three.

In the Odd Fellows attack, Jacob Cressey scored three runs, Brendan Harper had a single and triple, and Tait Nygaard four singles.

Harper and Nygaard took turns on the mound with eight walks and nine strikeouts.
