5/27 at 2:33 p.m. Thu Tran, 27, of Brown Street, Westbrook, was arrested at Lower Main and LL streets by Officer Michael McManus on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/27 at 3:47 p.m. Logan L. Landry, 21, of Litchfield Road, was arrested on Wardtown Road by Officer Keith Norris on charges of domestic violence assault, reckless conduct and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

5/24 at 8:53 a.m. Jeffrey A. Cumming, 37, of Harbor Ridge Road, was issued a summons on Mallett Road by Officer Paul Powers on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.

5/24 at 5:41 p.m. Jacob W. Wysocki, 21, of Church Road, Pembroke, N.H., was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Jason Bartlett on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and failure to use a seat belt.

5/26 at 3 p.m. Jordan W. Daniels, 25, of High Street, Dexter, was issued a summons at Durham and Pownal roads by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating without a license.

5/26 at 4:17 p.m. Two 17-year-old males, one of Topsham, the other of Freeport, were issued summonses on Mallett Drive by Officer Brandon Paxton on charges of possesion of marijuana.

5/26 at 4:54 p.m. Salena Dewitt, 19, of Runaround Pond Road, Durham, was issued a summons at Durham and Poland roads by Officer Jason Bartlett on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by more than 30 mph.
