5/22 at 8:29 p.m. Amanda J. Whitworth, 31, of Old Stage Road, Woolwich, was arrested at Cumberland and Maine streets by Officer Justin Dolci on a charge or violating condition of release.

5/22 at 8:29 p.m. Jarod J. Donathan, 30, of Range Road, was arrested at Cumberland and Maine streets by Officer Justin Dolci on a charge or violating condition of release.

5/22 at 11:27 p.m. Robert O. Emmons, 40, of McLellan Street, was arrested on McLellan Street by Officer Brian Funke on charges of operating under the influence and possession of marijuana.

5/25 at 6:21 p.m. Lucas L. Creamer, 33, of North Street, Bath, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Jason McCarthy on an outstanding warrant. 

5/26 at 1:36 a.m. Derek F. Nesbitt, 21, of Hickory Drive, was arrested on Bank Street by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of violating condition of release.

5/27 at 7:43 p.m. Paul B. Oleston II, 22, of Middlesex Road, Topsham, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of violating condition of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. 

5/28 at 12:52 p.m. Timothy P. Fraser Jr., 22, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Justin Dolci on an outstanding warrant.

5/28 at 4:04 p.m. John D. MacLeod, 67, of Cousins Street, Yarmouth, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/24 at 10:05 a.m. Stephanie A. Freeman, of Deerhaven Drive, Phippsburg, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Julia Gillespie on charges of violating condition of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. 

5/25 at 9:08 a.m. Jamie M. Sullivan, 20, of Woodland Drive, Uncasville, Conn., was issued a summons on Cushing Street by Officer Justin Dolci on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. 

5/25 at 6:54 p.m. Palmer D. Gosse, 20, of Front Street, Richmond, was issued a summons on Princes Point Road by Marine Resource Officer Paul Plummer on a charge of harvesting marine worms without a license.

5/27 at 7:52 p.m. Kory D. Scarponi, 20, of North Street, Bath, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Sergeant Russell Wrede on a charge of speeding in excess of 30 mph over the speed limit.
