Cyndy Bell, an advertising representative for the Lakes Region Weekly, received the Woman in Business Leadership Award at June 12’s Women in Business Forum held at Camp Takajo in Naples.
The third annual forum, sponsored by the Sebago Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce, was held in the camp’s dining hall overlooking Long Lake in Naples and addressed many topics regarding women’s contribution in the work force, family responsibilities and the sandwich generation as well as women’s health concerns.
About 300 women from southern and central Maine attended.
