6/25 at 10:07 a.m. Joshua I. Rock, 21, of 16th Street, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Beech Ridge Road by Officer Michael Sawyer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

6/26 at 2:47 p.m. Charles V. Davis, 36, of Cumberland Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Joshua Guay on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Pallet piracy?

6/25 at 7:24 a.m. Police were called to Napa Auto Parts on Payne Road to resolve a dispute over who was entitled to take discarded shipping pallets. A man claiming permission to take the pallets said another driver tried to run him over, while the second man claimed he was subjected to racial slurs. No charges were filed.

Phantom fisticuffs

6/27 at 7:26 a.m. After a report of a fight at Dunkin’ Donuts on U.S. Route 1, police were unable to locate a red vehicle reported leaving the scene or to get any eyewitness accounts from employees.
