The Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s is a united movement to reclaim the future for millions. The Greater Portland Walk to End Alzheimer’s will take place on Sept. 28, from 8 a.m. to noon at Payson Park in the Back Cove in Portland. More than 1,000 people from the Greater Portland area are expected at this year’s event to raise awareness and money to fight Alzheimer’s disease.??Walk to End Alzheimer’s participants will participate in a three-mile walk and will learn more about Alzheimer’s disease, advocacy opportunities, clinical trial enrollment, and support programs and services of the Alzheimer’s Association.
