THOMASTON — Three people, including two Biddeford residents, were arrested Wednesday following an investigation into the illegal distribution of heroin and cocaine.
Commander Scott Pelletier of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency said drug agents seized 21 grams of heroin and 26 grams of cocaine from a home on Water Street in Thomaston.
The approximate street value of the drugs, which were being distributed throughout the midcoast region, was $10,000, police said.
Stafford Goodman, 27, of Biddeford was charged with Class A aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs. Twenty-year-old Lauryn Smith of Biddeford and 30-year-old Alicia Santamore of Thomaston were arrested for Class B drug trafficking.
They are being held at the Knox County Jail.
