Peaks Island Puppets presents “The Rudder Family Holiday Planner” at 7 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday at Mayo Street Arts, 10 Mayo St., Portland.
The puppet show is the creation of David Handwerker, Julie Goell and Stephanie Eliot, and stars Handwerker and Eliot. Goell directs.

Holidays bring families together, and also are a source of stress. The Rudders of Munjoy Hill are a family like any other, with traditional values challenged by new circumstances.
