11/2 at 12:25 p.m. Tracy A. Davis, 48, of Drummond Point, Bath, was arrested on Reg Roc Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/2 at 2:05 p.m. Garth W. Saucier, 26, of Cousins Street, Yarmouth, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating under the influence and speeding more than 30 mph over the limit.

11/4 at 1:04 p.m. Tova M. Langley, 27, of Warren Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Foreside Commons by Sgt. Kevin Conger on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/6 at 8 p.m. Christopher L. Woodward, 27, of Clearwater Drive, was arrested at Foreside Estates by Officer Kurt Fegan on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of criminal mischief.

11/7 at 10:20 p.m. Christopher L. Woodward, 27, of Clearwater Drive, was arrested at Foreside Estates by Officer Steve Hamilton on a charge of criminal mischief.

11/7 at 2:53 p.m. Andrea W. Rand, 57, of Ramsdell Road, was arrested on Ramsdell Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

11/7 at 4 p.m. Jason Drinon, 36, of Copps Way, was arrested at his residence by Officer Al Twombley on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender.

11/7 at 9:43 p.m. Culver A. Barr III, 50, of Bustins Island Road, Freeport, was arrested on Cummings Way by Patrolman Daniel Austin on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

10/31 at 8:45 a.m. Gregory M. Ruel, 36, of Savoy Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Ledgewood Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a charge of possession of marijuana.

11/1 at 5:40 p.m. Margaret C. Coster, 16, of Waites Landing Road, was issued a summons on Woodville Road by Officer Dean Mazziotti on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle.

Shafted?

11/4 at 5:11 a.m. An employee at the Falmouth Country Club took an unscheduled break Monday when the elevator in which she was traveling became stuck between floors. The fire department was called to scene and freed the woman within 15 minutes, according to police Lt. John Kilbride. There were no injuries.

Firewater on Clearwater

11/6 at 12:49 p.m. and 11/7 at 10:20 p.m. A Clearwater Drive man was arrested twice in two days after he allegedly harassed groundskeepers near his home and damaged a police cruiser during separate incidents, according to police. Christopher L. Woodward, 27, was first arrested after he harassed several groundskeepers outside Clearwater Apartments, Police Lt. John Kilbride said. A day later, police returned to the complex after receiving a report that Woodward had climbed on to a second-floor balcony and broken into an apartment. In the course of the investigation, police learned that Woodward had broken into his own apartment because he had lost his keys. While he detained for questioning, however, Woodward damaged the inside of a police cruiser and was arrested again. Kilbride said Woodward was intoxicated on both occasions.
