PORTLAND — The Maine Community Foundation recently announced the appointment of Christine Wolff of Topsham as program officer. Wolff will manage the Androscoggin, Cumberland, Oxford, and York county funds at the community foundation.

Originally from Charlottenlund, Denmark, Wolff graduated from the University of Maine with a B.A. degree in fine arts and did coursework toward a master’s in public policy and management at the Muskie School of Public Service.

Prior to joining the community foundation staff, she directed community service and the fellows program for the Island Institute. As program coordinator for the Student Conservation Association- New Hampshire Conservation Corps, she received an award of excellence in leadership in 1998. Wolff has been a board director for the Maine Environmental Education Association and is currently a member of the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust.
