Arrests

11/11 at 1:39 a.m. Mark W. Rager, 46, of Chadbourne Ridge Road, North Waterboro, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Douglas Weed on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/17 at 2:47 a.m. Andrew Leeman, 21, of Seavey Street, Westbrook, was arrested at Holmes and Carter Brook roads by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Summonses

11/12 at 1:49 p.m. A 16-year-old female, of Limerick, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Sawyer on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

11/13 at 10:02 p.m. Elizabeth Knoppstevens, 59, of Wavelet Street, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating without a license.

11/17 at 9:10 p.m. Denise A. Stowe, 33, of College Street, Portland,was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Scarborough Downs Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

11/15 at 7:14 p.m. A Ledgewood Circle homeowner complained to police about alleged threatening voice mails left by a contractor seeking more money than verbally agreed on for a finished job.

Time to say goodnight

11/16 at 12:38 a.m. Police called to a Broadturn Road home in response to a relative considered intoxicated and belligerent found the subject outside, waiting for a taxi. No charges were filed.

‘Tis the season

11/16 at 6:11 a.m. A complaint about gunshots fired off Highland Avenue was likely hunters who were not violating hunting laws.

Not just hibernating

11/17 at 10:46 a.m. Two lawnmowers and a gas grill were reported stolen from a home on East Grand Avenue. The value of the items was not fully determined.
