The monthly meeting of the Scarborough Historical Society will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 7:30 p.m. A brief business meeting is held and followed by a presentation. This meeting is held at the society’s museum and meeting room located at 647 U.S. Route 1 (adjacent to the Dunstan Fire Station). All monthly meetings are free to members of the public. However, donations are always welcomed. The presentation is about one hour in length.

This meeting is a follow up on last year’s success, organizers say. The program, entitled Keepsakes Night, is devoted to members and guests for an opportunity to share either a keepsake and/or story related to their Christmas holiday as a child or an adult. Following the comments, refreshments will be served.
