SACO — Matt Henderson put back Cam Loiselle’s rebound with 1:48 left in overtime to lift Scarborough to a 3-2 win over Lewiston in a boys’ hockey game Saturday at MHG Arena.

Henderson had two goals and an assist. He gave the Red Storm (3-1) a 2-1 lead at 7:49 of the third before Matt Poulin evened it two minutes later with his second goal of the game.

Jake Gross also scored for Scarborough, and Ben Bragg stopped 22 shots, including a third-period breakaway.

Nick Hawk made 30 saves for Lewiston (2-1).

PORTLAND/DEERING 8, YORK 7: Dominic Tocci scored three goals for Portland/Deering (1-1-1) as it built a 6-1 lead going into the third period and held off a late charge by the Wildcats (1-1) at Dover Ice Arena.

Derek Neal scored five goals for the Wildcats.

YARMOUTH 4, GARDINER 0: Isaak Dearden scored twice during a four-goal outburst in a five-minute span of the third period as the Clippers (2-1) beat the Tigers (0-3) at Travis Roy Arena.

KENNEBUNK 2, LEAVITT 1: Ryan Keefe and Brandon Merchant scored in the first four minutes, and the Rams (3-0) edged the Hornets (1-2) at UNE’s Alfond Forum.

GORHAM 2, MARANACOOK/WINTHROP 1: Shawn Sullivan scored the go-ahead goal with just over five minutes left to lift the Rams (3-0) to a win at USM.

MT. ARARAT/LISBON 2, WINDHAM 1: Kyle Lussier scored twice and Kyle Welsh made 18 saves to lead Mt. Ararat/Lisbon (2-0) past Windham (1-2) at Gorham.

Windham got a power-play goal from Gage Chenard with 1:50 remaining. Clayton Owens stopped 37 shots for Windham.

CAPE ELIZABETH/WAYNFLETE 6, FALMOUTH 5: Allison Mills scored a power-play goal with 1:55 remaining to put Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete (1-3) on top of Falmouth (0-2) at Portland Ice Arena.

Mills and Gretchen Stevens each scored twice for Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete, which battled back from 2-0 and 4-2 deficits.

Martina St. Angelo scored a pair of goals for Falmouth.

BIDDEFORD 3, GORHAM/BONNY EAGLE 2: Katherine Dumoulin scored off a pass from Suzette Lamoureux just 17 seconds into overtime to lift the Tigers to a win at Biddeford Ice Arena.

Gorham/Bonny Eagle twice grabbed the lead on goals by Shayla Wing and Charlotte Smith. Biddeford’s Abbie Paquette tied it at 1-1 in the first, and Dumoulin made it 2-2 late in the second.

SCARBOROUGH 11, CHEVERUS 1: Elizabeth Gross had three goals and five assists, and Samantha Shoebottom contributed two goals and three assists as the Red Storm (5-0) blew past the Stags (1-2-1) at Biddeford.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

LAKE REGION 51, YORK 50: Sam Smith and Jackson Lesure combined to score all 15 of Lake Region’s points in the fourth quarter, helping the Lakers (1-2) hold off the Wildcats (1-2) at Naples.

Lesure finished with 19 points and Smith had 16. Michael Gallagher scored 15 points for York.

CAPE ELIZABETH 66, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 52: Eddie Galvin scored 21 points and Justin Guerette added 10 to lead the Capers (3-0) past the Patriots (0-3) at Gray.

Galvin scored five points in the opening quarter as the Capers built an 18-2 lead.

James Mango paced Gray-NG with 12 points.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

CAPE ELIZABETH 61, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 59: Kate Breed sank a 3-pointer with 10 seconds remaining to lift the Capers (1-2) over the Patriots (2-1) at Gray.

Hannah Sawyer scored 15 points and Kate Miklivic had 13 for Cape Elizabeth.

Maria Valente and Alicia Dumont each had 16 points for the Patriots.
