FREEPORT — Amanda Bailey scored a game-high 12 points as Fryeburg Academy downed Freeport, 39- 32, in high school jayvee girls basketball action on Friday.

Kendra Harrison paced the Falcons with eight points, while Izzy Peredy chipped in five. Freeport received solid all-around play from Dani Foster (four points) and Morgan Karnes (four).

The Raiders led 12-11 after a quarter and 21-18 at the half.

In the second half, Fryeburg was perfect on 14 free throws, while Freeport made eight of 14 at the line.

The Falcons host York on Thursday.
