Allie Clement scored 18 points to lead McAuley to a 46-33 victory over Deering in an SMAA girls’ basketball game Wednesday night.

Victoria Lux added 11 points and 14 rebounds for the host Lions (4-0), who led 23-12 at halftime.

Deering (2-2) was paced by Amanda Brett with 13 points.

WESTBROOK 45, BIDDEFORD 16: Alisha Aube scored 13 of her 19 points during the first half, powering Westbrook (1-3) to a 22-4 lead over the Tigers (1-3) in Biddeford.

WINDHAM 34, SANFORD 31: Sadie Nelson scored 18 points and Lonnie Staten grabbed 10 rebounds to help the Eagles (3-1) hold off the Spartans (2-2) at Windham.

Morgan Fogg scored 16 points to pace Sanford.

THORNTON ACADEMY 53, SOUTH PORTLAND 43: Olivia Shaw scored 22 points to lead the Golden Trojans (1-3) over the Red Riots (3-1) in South Portland.

Kaitlyn McCrum and Abigail Strickland added 11 points each for the Trojans.

Holly Black, Madeline Hasson and Brianne Maloney scored 11 apiece for South Portland, and Mackenzie Bowring had 10.

CHEVERUS 75, MASSABESIC 29: Jess Willerson scored 20 points and Cassidy Grover added 11 as the Stags (3-1) beat Massabesic (0-4) in Portland.

Jolena Lampron had 17 points for the Mustangs.

GREELY 51, YARMOUTH 28: Blais Tardiff scored 10 points in the first half as the Rangers (3-1) raced to a 26-9 halftime lead over Yarmouth (1-3) in Cumberland.

Tardiff finished with 13, and Ashley Storey added 11 points in her season debut for Greely.

Abigail Nielsen led the Clippers with 10 points.

YORK 62, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 41: Chloe Smedley scored 12 points and pulled down 15 rebounds as the Wildcats (2-2) downed the Patriots (2-2) at York.

Shannon Todd added 10 points in just 12 minutes for the Wildcats, who used a strong full-court press to open the game on a 14-2 run.

The Patriots were led by Alicia Dumont with 12 points.

GARDINER 49, MORSE 38: Ally Day had nine points and 15 rebounds to lead the Tigers to a win in Gardiner.

Lauren Chadwick added 11 points, while Camden Cone grabbed 10 rebounds for Gardiner (3-1). Rachel Quirion and Abby Dunn each chipped in with eight points.

Morse (1-3) was led by Signe Ostergaard with 10 points.

SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 59, BOOTHBAY 31: Emily Keene scored 15 points to lead the Phoenix (5-0) to a win over the Seahawks (2-3) at Boothbay Harbor.

Morgan Crocker paced Boothbay with 17 points.

HALL-DALE 39, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 33: Nicole Pelletier scored all 10 of her points in the second half to lead the Bulldogs (3-2) past the Falcons (3-2) at Rumford.

WINSLOW 44, LEAVITT 28: Heather Kervin scored 15 points and Devin Fitzgibbons added 11 to lead the Black Raiders (4-1) to a win in Winslow.

FALMOUTH 5, BRUNSWICK 0: Evie Clement scored two goals and assisted on another to lead Falmouth (1-2) to a win over the Dragons (1-7) at Watson Arena.

Sarah Hutcheon added a goal and two assists for Falmouth.

Brunswick goalie Claire Mendes finished with 43 saves.

YARMOUTH/FREEPORT 4, WINSLOW 0: Emily Johnson scored two goals and set up another to lead the Clippers (7-0) to a win at Sukee Arena.

Hannah Williams stopped 13 shots to earn the shutout.

SCARBOROUGH 8, BIDDEFORD 1: Brenna Kent collected two goals and two assists as the Red Storm (7-0) downed the Tigers (5-2) at MHG Arena.

Elizabeth Gross added a goal and three assists for Scarborough, which broke a scoreless deadlock with four goals in the second period.

Cassidy Petit scored for Biddeford.
