One person was killed early Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle accident on Lisbon Street in Lewiston.
The accident happened in front of the South Lewiston Baptist Church. Lisbon Street, also known as Route 196, is one of the city’s busiest roadways and was shut down.
Police were still on the scene as of 1:45 p.m. and no other information was available.
