Matthew Chart, 21, of Brunswick, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to five days in jail; guilty of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, using physical force, sentenced to five days in jail, for an incident in Bath on Oct. 25.

Justin S. Crouse, 41, of Bowdoinham, operating without a license, $150 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Sept. 22.

Frank A. Cuppernell, 24, of Orr’s Island, guilty of operating an unregistered ATV, $200 fine; guilty of operating an ATV in a public way, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Aug. 22.

Katie Desantis, 36, of Brunswick, guilty of negotiating a worthless instrument, sentenced to seven days in jail, for an incident in Topsham on Jan. 2, 2012.

John M. Ewing, 40, of Petoskey, Mich., guilty of disorderly conduct, using offensive words or gestures, $250 fine; a charge of domestic violence assault was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on Jan. 12.

Ralph J. Fisco, 26, of Brunswick, a charge of disorderly conduct, loud noise in a private place, was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 18.

Angel L. Flores, 28, of Lafayette, N.H., guilty of fishing without a valid license, $100 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Sept. 1.

Jeremy L. Grendell, 30, of Bath, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in West Bath on Aug. 29.

Willard Guerette, 26, of Dexter, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $500 fine, for an incident in Richmond on June 25.

Michael Hanson, 28, of Whitefield, guilty of theft, $500 fine, $840 restitution, for an incident in Bowdoin on Aug. 27.

William M. Harrison, 41, assault, sentenced to three months in jail, $300 fine, $2,000 restitution, for an incident in Wiscasset on April 12.

Michael D. Hathorne, 32, of Harpswell, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $750 fine, two days in jail, stayed until Oct. 19.

Laura Hayward, 22, of Brunswick, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, sentenced to 72 hours in jail stayed until April 25, 2014, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in West Bath on June 16.

Christian Henry, 44, of Auburn, charges of operating under the influence and driving to endanger were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Freeport on Aug. 19.

Corey Hobbs, 18, guilty of burglary, sentenced to three years, all but 20 days suspended, three years probation, $5,300 restitution; guilty of theft, sentenced to 15 days in jail; a charge of aggravated criminal mischief was pled to another charge for an incident in Bowdoin on April 16.

Mark Jeralds, 54, of Berwick, guilty of being an operator with a detectable presence of alcohol, $400 fine, for an incident in Bah on Oct. 1.

Brandon M. Johansen, 20, of Topsham, guilty of unlawful drug trafficking, sentenced to 364 days, all but 30 days suspended, stayed until Nov. 13, one year probation, $120 restitution; a charge of trafficking in hypodermic apparatus was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on April 16.

Jonathan Kaelin, 34, of Portland, guilty of motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the limit, $300 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Aug. 19.

Benjamin J. Kay, 31, of Bowdoin, guilty of domestic violence assault, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but 40 days suspended, two years probation; a charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on March 29.

Joseph M. Kelley, 36, of Woolwich, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, $840 restitution, for an incident in Bowdoin on Aug. 27.

Anthony J. Manganella, 31, of Brunswick, a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Bowdoinham on June 19.

Dwan N. Russell, 26, of Topsham, guilty of unlawful drug trafficking, sentenced to three years in jail all but 110 days suspended, stayed until Nov. 4, three years probation, $400 fine, $120 restitution, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 19.

Dana York, 50, of Merritt Island, Fla., charges of possession of marijuana, up to 1 / ounce and the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 7.
