The Chocolate Church Arts Center is presenting its New Year’s Eve Dance Party tonight and offering free admission to all as a gift to the community.

The event is from 8 p.m. to midnight.

This is a change from earlier plans to charge a nominal cover charge for the event.

There will be no charge for live music, refreshments and a champagne toast.

The Hollow Body Eclectic with Peter Alexander and special guests The Mehuman Johnson Trio will perform in the Curtis Room and the Art Gallery.

Although there will be no cover charge, donations will be gladly accepted.

The Chocolate Church Arts Center is located at 804 Washington St.
