“Developing Sales Materials,” 6 to 9 p.m. Jan. 24, with John Entwistle. Held at University of Southern Maine, Wishcamper Center, 34 Bedford St., Portland.

“Booth Camp,” 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 25, with Bruce Baker. Also held at USM’s Wishcamper Center.

Coastal Enterprises Inc. is offering a home-buyer education course, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Jan. 11 and 18, at Money Management International, South Portland. Camden Conference, registration is now open for the 27th annual conference being held Feb. 21 to 23 at the Camden Opera House.
