BRUNSWICK — Spectrum Generations will host the “Life Without Limits” senior health expo on Jan. 14 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Cook’s Corner Mall.
The expo aims to link seniors and families with products and services in the medical, health-and-fitness, legal, respite care, and technology fields.
Founded in 1972, Spectrum Generations is a regional organization that provides a variety of services to seniors and adults.
