GRAY — Grace Kariotis scored 15 points off the bench, including four 3-pointers, and Gray-New Gloucester beat Poland 51-44 in overtime in a Western Maine Conference girls’ basketball game Monday.

Maria Valente added 10 points for Gray-New Gloucester (8-5).

Michaella Arsenault scored 22 points and Emily Bolduc had 12 for Poland (8-5), which erased a five-point deficit in the fourth quarter. 

LAKE REGION 73, KENNEBUNK 25: Jordan Turner scored 19 points as the Lakers (13-1) beat the Rams (1-12) at Kennebunk.

Tiana-Jo Carter helped out with 14 points and Meghan VanLoan scored 10. 

SOUTH PORTLAND 52, MARSHWOOD 37: Lydia Henderson scored 14 points and Maddie Hasson added 12 to lead the Red Riots (10-3) over the Hawks (6-6) at South Berwick.

South Portland took control in the second quarter, outscoring Marshwood 15-5 to build a 29-16 lead.

Lydia St. Pierre led Marshwood with 17 points and six steals. 

MCAULEY 65, WESTBROOK 28: Allie Clement finished with 21 points and six steals to lead the Lions (12-1) past the Blue Blazes (3-9) at Portland.

Olivia Smith added 16 points, and Victoria Lux had 13 points and 14 rebounds.

Alisha Aube led Westbrook with 10 points. 

WINDHAM 41, NOBLE 21: Sadie Nelson scored 14 points and pulled down 11 rebounds to lead the Eagles (10-3) over the Knights (0-13) at Windham.

Sam Frost chipped in eight points for the Eagles, who raced out to a 16-6 lead after one quarter.

Noble was led by Amber Kelly with six points. 

MT. ARARAT 55, BANGOR 44: Nicole Bradstreet scored 15 points to pace Mt. Ararat (3-11) to a win over Bangor (4-10) at Topsham

Caitlin LaFountain and Sara Lamb added 13 points apiece. LaFountain also had three assists, four steals and three blocked shots.

Mary Butler led Bangor with 19 points.

MEDOMAK VALLEY 36, CAMDEN HILLS 33: Maggie Cox scored six of her 10 points in the fourth quarter, leading the Panthers (9-3) past the Windjammers (5-7) in Waldoboro.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 44, LEAVITT 34: Bri Wajer had eight points, six assists, a blocked shot and 13 steals to help Lincoln Academy (10-2) down Leavitt (6-8) at Newcastle.

Jennifer Genthner led the offense with 13 points.

Chantel Eells scored 10 points for Leavitt.

SACOPEE VALLEY 43, HEBRON ACADEMY 25: Morgan Sanborn and Emma Glatzer combined to score 17 first-half points as the Hawks (7-4) built a 13-point halftime lead in a win over the Lumberjacks (1-8) at Hebron.

Sanborn finished with 13 points, Dakota Miner added nine and Glatzer had eight.

Hebron was led by Olivia Brown with 13 points. 

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 67, KENTS HILL 41: Abby Dubois scored nine of her 29 points during the first quarter to start the Seagulls (7-5) on their way to a win over Kents Hill (6-2) in Old Orchard Beach.

Mackenzie Rague added 12 points for OOB. Sara Grenier scored 24 for Kents Hill. 

BOOTHBAY 68, WINTHROP 6: Morgan Crocker scored 21 points to lead Boothbay (6-8) to a rout of Winthrop (0-14) at Boothbay Harbor.

Sara Durgan added 12 points and Nicole Rice scored 11. 

FOREST HILLS 60, GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 15: Linda Riley scored 10 points to lead a balanced attack for the Tigers (13-0) in a win over the Lions (4-8) at South Portland.

Ashlee Dawson had eight points for GPCS. 

CONY 58, LEWISTON 54: Hayley and Emily Quirion combined for 41 points to lead the Rams (9-5) over the Blue Devils (4-10).

Kristina Blais, Janessa Talarico and Bri Wilson each scored 14 points for Lewiston.

HOCKEY

YARMOUTH/FREEPORT 4, BRUNSWICK 1: Katie Clemmer scored one goal and assisted on two others as the Clippers (10-3-1) broke through for four third-period goals to beat the Dragons (1-12-1) in Brunswick.

Maddie Wilkes scored 4:41 into the game for Brunswick. Dragons goalie Claire Mendes (52 saves) kept Yarmouth/Freeport off the board until Meredith McLoon tied it 4:57 into the third period. Two minutes later, Clemmer’s power-play goal put the Clippers in front.

Emil Johnson and Katie Brown added the final two goals.

 CAPE ELIZABETH/WAYNFLETE 3, MT. ARARAT 1: Hannah Bosworth scored from Kathryn Clark to break a 1-1 tie in the second period, then assisted on Clark’s third-period goal as the Capers (7-7) beat Mt. Ararat (3-11-1) at Portland Ice Arena.

Katie Ewald also scored for Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete. Devon Hutchins scored for the Eagles. 

BIDDEFORD 3, WINSLOW 0: Katherine Dumoulin had a goal and an assist as the Tigers (9-5) beat Winslow (2-12) in Biddeford.

Emily Thorndike and Brea Rivard also scored. Mallory Mourmouras had two assists. 

YORK 10, PORTLAND/DEERING 2: Kendall Carr scored four goals to lead York (4-10) over Portland/Deering at Dover, N.H.

York led 5-0 before Colleen Matthews scored for the Bulldogs at 3:56 of the second period.
