1/8 at 9:30 a.m. Kathy A. Vargas, 45, of Wellesley Estates, Portland, was arrested on Falmouth Road by Sgt. George Savidge on a charge of stealing drugs.

1/15 at noon. Stephanie L. Provencher, 25, of Pottle Hill Road, Minot, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Detective Wayne Geyer on a charge of theft.

1/18 at 10:45 a.m. Susan A. Robaczewski, 46, of Muirfield Road, was issued a summons on Winn Road by Officer Kenneth Walberg on a charge of keeping a dangerous dog.

1/18 at 1:55 p.m. Brian S. Allen, 29, of Elmwood Avenue, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Robert Ryder on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

1/19 at 9:45 a.m. John R. Moon, 60, of Middle Road, was issued a summons on Middle Road by Officer Robert Ryder on a charge of operating with suspended registration.

1/15 at noon. Police say Minot resident Stephanie L. Provencher, 25, broke into a locked office at TD Banknorth, where she worked as a cleaner, and stole four Red Sox tickets. She is accused of selling the tickets on Craigslist, and was issued a summons on a charge of theft.
