BIDDEFORD — Community Partners, Inc., known as CPT has hired Dorothy Moreau as its new human resources director.

Moreau was previously employed as the human resources director at Profile Bank in Rochester, N.H. She was also a human resources coordinator and director for Abenaqui Carriers in North Hampton, N.H.

The CPI Board of Directors elected a new board member, Atoka Dumont, who is the human resources director at Volk Packaging in Biddeford.
