In 2013, RE/MAX of New England donated $192,000 to community partners throughout New England, the company recently announced.
RE/MAX of New England actively participated with several organizations including: the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the Boston Celtics. The agency raised more than $38,000 for the fight against breast cancer alone by participating in races throughout New England.
At the annual fall agent conference in October, RE/MAX of New England partnered with Susan G. Komen for the Cure Massachusetts Affiliate in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. More than 1,200 RE/MAX agents attended the conference and raised a combined total of nearly $20,000 in one day through various fundraising activities that took place throughout the event.
RE/MAX agents across New England also donated nearly $155,000 in 2013 through the Miracle Home program in which RE/MAX associates donate a portion of their commission with each closed transaction to the Children’s Miracle Network.
