PORTLAND (AP) — A Nor’easter is on a path to wallop Maine this week.

The National Weather Service says the storm track is still uncertain but that Maine will see snow, and perhaps some rain and sleet, starting Thursday.

Meteorologist Tom Hawley said snow will likely start at noon Thursday in Portland.

He says snow accumulations will depend on whether the snow changes over to rain and sleet. The precipitation is expected to end on Friday.
