CLEARWATER, Fla. — Jessica Burk homered in the bottom of the fourth to spark Maine to a 2-0 victory over Penn in softball.

Alexis Bogdanovich tossed a complete game, allowing only three hits while striking out four. Felicia Lennon was 2 for 3.

Maine has won its last three games to improve to 6-5 while the Quakers drop to 4-7.

ST. JOSEPH’S 3, MT. ST. MARYS 1: Kylie McFadden threw a complete game to lead the Monks (4-1) over the Knights (2-3) at Fort Myers, Fla. Lindsay Moore and Theresa Hendrix both were 2 for 4 with a run scored.

ST. JOSEPH’S 1, MINNESOTA-MORRIS 0: Danielle Egan tossed a complete game to lead the Monks (5-1) past the Cougars (3-4) at Fort Myers, Fla.

Lindsay Moore was 2 for 3 while Melissa Mayhew knocked in the only run.

WPI 8, BATES 5: The Bobcats (0-1) scored three in the top of the first, but fell to the Engineers at Clermont, Fla.

Maddie Inlow was 2 for 2 with her first homer of the season. Kelsey Freedman scored twice.

BOWDOIN 11, SALVE REGINA 6: Melissa DellaTorre allowed six runs on six hits while striking out 10 to lead the Polar Bears (3-1) over the Seahawks (2-7) at Clermont, Fla.

Dimitria Spathakis had a two-run triple, Nicole Nelson had an RBI single and Adriane Krul a two-run double.

BOWDOIN 7, RHODE ISLAND COLLEGE 5: The Polar Bears (3-1) scored four runs in the top of the first and held off the Anchormen (0-7) at Clermont, Fla. Hanna Wurgaft reached base three times, including a homer and a single. Emily Griffin earned her first win, going the distance.

RENSSELAER 18, ST. JOSEPH’S 8: Andrew Kalish and Al Mersman both went 3 for 5 with three RBI to pace the Engineers (6-1) past the Monks (6-3) at Auburndale, Fla.
