SACO — Samuel V. Tito, 33, died March 28, 2014 at home after a courageous battle with addiction.

He was an amazing man who passionately loved his family and friends, especially his two daughters, Ariana and Alydia.

Sam was born May 15, 1980 to David P. Tito and Alison R. Milne. He was the oldest of four children.

Sam had a passion for life and laughter. He had a unique sense of humor and was always making people laugh. Samuel enjoyed bass fishing, baseball and good music.

He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Sam was preceded in death by his father, David P. Tito.

He is survived by: his mother, Alison Milne; brother, Isaac; sisters, Audrey and Eliza; his love, Roxy Labonte; his daughters, Ariana and Alydia and their brother, Lorenze; and his grandmothers, Audrey Milne and Tefta Tito.

Services will be held Thursday, April 3 at 2 p.m. at the North Saco Congregational Church.
