SANFORD — Jason J. Crawford, 39, a lifelong resident of Sanford, passed away at his residence, following a period of declining health, on Thursday March 27, 2014.
He was born in Sanford on Sept. 29, 1974, a son of Jeffrey and Diane (Desrochers) Crawford.
He was a graduate of Sanford High School.
Jason was preceded in death by: his father, Jeffery Crawford; maternal grandfather, Lionel Desrochers; and paternal grandmother, Phyllis Crawford.
He is survived by: his mother, Diane L. Crawford and her partner Richard Chenard of Sanford; half sister, Sarah; grandmother, Claudette Desrochers of Sanford; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service for Jason will be held on Saturday, April 5 at 11 a.m. at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St., Springvale. Burial will be later this spring.
