A revenue-neutral carbon tax as proposed in a recent letter (“Focusing on climate change is a liberal and conservative issue,” April 9) is synonymous with “free health care.”
The prospect of a current climate-change phenomenon is inconclusive. Therefore, pushing for a carbon tax is a misplaced measure, but the liberal doctor and his conservative son can feel free to indict China and India for their careless, abusive, polluting policies.
