YORK — Sam Johnson hit a two-run homer in the fifth inning that broke a tie Wednesday, and York went on to a 10-9 victory against Kennebunk in a Western Maine Conference baseball game.

After York (6-3) scored five runs in the third, including a grand slam by Daniel Bock, Kennebunk (5-4) answered with a five-run fourth, including a Nick Emmons grand slam.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 11, MT. VIEW 0: Devin Scherer went five innings, allowing no runs on five hits, striking out eight as the Eagles (6-3) cruised past the Mustangs (3-6) at Thorndike.

A.J. Oliver was 3 for 4 with two RBI and a run, and Sawyer Pinkham was 2 for 4 with three RBI and a run. Nathan Wren went 1 for 2 for Mt. View.

WATERVILLE 6, OCEANSIDE 2: Allen Wood knocked in three runs to pace Waterville (8-1) over Oceanside (8-1) at Rockland.

A.J. Godin held the Mariners to two runs, giving up five hits and two walks, striking out four.

TRAIP ACADEMY 15, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 8: Joey Cavanagh and Alex Foye had two hits and three RBI apiece to lead the Rangers (5-3) past the Panthers (0-6) at Kittery.

Josh Schneier had a single, a home run and two runs for Traip, which led 9-1 after two innings.

SACOPEE VALLEY 14, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 1: Roderick Maynard allowed two hits through five innings with four strikeouts and one walk as Sacopee Valley (9-0) beat the Raiders (0-9) in five innings at Fryeburg.

Maynard also had three RBI, two runs and four stolen bases.

GREELY 6, CAPE ELIZABETH 1: Bailey Train allowed one run on two hits with 10 strikeouts as the Rangers (7-1) defeated the Capers (3-5) at Cumberland.

Sam Porter hit a two-run single and Train followed with a two-run homer during a four-run second inning. Reid Howland added a pair of singles for Greely.

ST. DOMINIC 5, MONMOUTH ACADEMY 3: The Saints (8-1) scored three runs in the fifth inning and went on to down the Mustangs (7-1) at Monmouth.

Ryan Harvey had three singles, and Caleb Dosite singled and doubled for the Saints. Hunter Richardson had two hits for Monmouth.

WINTHROP 5, WISCASSET 2: The Ramblers (4-4) erased an early two-run deficit and defeated Wiscasset (4-5) at Winthrop.

Drew Stratton was 2 for 3 with an inside-the-park home run, and Ben Allen also was 2 for 3 for Winthrop. Cabot Lancaster and Dakota Carter added doubles for the Ramblers.

POLAND 6, YARMOUTH 1: Lukas Johnson allowed one run on three hits as the Knights (7-2) defeated the Clippers (5-3) at Yarmouth.

Shawn Murphy, Matt Rabaso and Johnson each had a pair of hits for Poland.

CAMDEN HILLS 5, GARDINER 0: Sam Berry pitched a four-hitter and the Windjammers (6-3) took advantage of five errors to defeat the Tigers (1-8) at Gardiner.

Chandler Crans and John Hall drove in runs. Logan Peacock allowed seven hits for Gardiner.

CAMDEN HILLS 17, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 2: Marshall Spear scored five goals, Parker Lawson had three goals and five assists, and the Windjammers (3-4) sailed past the Falcons (1-5) at Rumford.

Yani Stancioff added three goals, and Jonah Cameron and Grayson Szumilas had a goal and two assists each for Camden Hills.

GORHAM 19, NOBLE 3: Abraham Eaton and Joey Gallant combined for 11 goals as the Rams (5-1) eased past the Knights (1-4) at North Berwick.

Mike Susi added three goals and three assists, and Carter Landry made six saves for Gorham.

WESTBROOK 19, MASSABESIC 2: Curtis Knapton totaled nine goals and eight assists to lead the Blue Blazes (2-3) against the Mustangs (1-6) at Westbrook.

Sam Carroll had six goals and six assists, and Lucas Snyder added three goals and three assists.

Trevor Burns scored both Massabesic goals.

WINDHAM 9, MARSHWOOD 8: Zach Hough scored from Zack Callahan after 50 seconds of the first overtime as the Eagles (2-3) edged the Hawks (1-6) at South Berwick.

DEERING 16, BONNY EAGLE 6: Isaac Santerre and Nate Richards combined for 11 goals and four assists to lead the Rams (2-4) over the Scots (3-4) at Portland.

Sam Hornblower added a pair of goals and seven assists, and Tanner Nussinow made nine saves for Deering.

Cam Brown and Ryan Kern each scored twice for Bonny Eagle.

BRUNSWICK 12, LEWISTON 2: Tyler Hillis had two goals and three assists to help the Dragons (6-1) beat Lewiston (2-5) at Brunswick.

T.J. Sullivan, Kyle Woodruff and Matt Brooks all finished with two goals and an assist for Brunswick.

CHEVERUS 13, SCARBOROUGH 8: Jack Sutton and Nick Schleh scored three goals apiece to pace Cheverus (4-3) over Scarborough (5-2) at Portland.

Tom Wasson had two goals and three assists, and James Kane and Pat O’Hanlon both scored twice for the Stags.

MESSALONSKEE 21, OXFORD HILLS 0: Dylan Jones had five goals and three assists to lead the Eagles (6-1) past the Vikings (0-7) at Oakland.

Jose Languet, Ben Weeks, Jordon Holmes, Ryan Erskine and Josh Yannelli scored twice for Messalonskee.

CONY 9, EDWARD LITTLE 8: Bronson Kieltyka scored four goals to lead the Rams (4-3) over the Red Eddies (3-4) at Augusta.
