Mark Cota, 25, of Harpswell, a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on May 14, 2013.
Pierre Etheard-Oh, 21, of Biddeford, parole violations on two July 25, 2011 charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and one charge of burglary in Bowdoin, sentenced on May 23, 2014 to three years in jail, all but four months suspended, stayed until Aug. 6, 2014, two years probation, $121.90 restitution.
Joseph Marco, 45, of Bath, parole violation on May 3, 2009 charges of criminal threatening and terrorizing in Phippsburg, sentenced on May 21, 2014 to nine months in jail, probation revoked.
Amanda M. Mitchell, 27, of Bath, guilty of theft by receiving stolen property, sentenced to two years six months in jail, all but 12 days suspended, two years probation, $1000 restitution, for an incident in Bath on Oct. 29, 2012.
Lee Paterson, 22, of Bath, parole violation on a Nov. 8, 2011 charge of the sexual abuse of a minor in Bath, sentenced on May 28, 2014 to 270 days in jail, probation revoked.
Ernest Patti, 31, of Brunswick, parole violation on a Jan. 10, 2013 charge of burglary in Richmond, sentenced on May 21, 2014 to 50 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Joel Schweitzer, 36, of Dallas, parole violation on an Aug. 14, 2012 charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Augusta, sentenced on May 20, 2014, probation revoked, no sentenced imposed.
Joshua E. Amergian, 28, of Gray, a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, with priors, was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 23.
George Anderson, 23, of Bath, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine, for an incident in Georgetown on Oct. 1, 2013; a charge of criminal simulation was pled to another charge for an incident in Georgetown on Nov. 11, 2013.
Dustan S. Barnes, 25, of Richmond, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, $26.73 restitution, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 26.
Dianna Bartlett Tremblay, 49, of Gray, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin of Apr. 11.
Neal L. Bowie, 45, of Bath, guilty of operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, sentenced to six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, stayed until Jan. 1, 2015, one year probation, license suspended for three years, for an incident in Topsham on Mar. 22.
Jonathan J. Beal, 23, of Bath, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, one prior, $500 fine, for an incident in Bath on Jan. 28; guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 5.
Garrett T. Brown, 19, of South China, guilty of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over the speed limit, $500 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Jan. 21.
Kevin M. Bruning, 23, of Topsham, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended for 150 days, for an incident in Topsham on Mar. 9.
Brendan S. Bullock, 35, of Bowdoinham, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on May 7.

Tanya M. Crogan, 31, of Vienna, a charge of possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, was dismissed, for an incident tin Bowdoinham on Feb. 27.
Jeffrey A. Davis, 38, of New Gloucester, guilty of aggravated operation of a vehicle after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, sentenced to jail for 365 days, all but six months suspended, one year probation; guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended for 150 days, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Dec. 13, 2013; guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to five days in jail, for an incident in Bowdoinham on May 27.
Robert Dickinson, 59, of Bowdoinham, guilty of disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Apr. 1.
Brent Dillingham, 25, of Lisbon, a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed due to insufficient evidence, for an incident in Topsham on Dec. 8, 2013.
Randolph Doak, 58, of Small Point, charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence assault were pled to other charges, for an incident in Woolwich on Apr. 6.

Chelsey M. St. Amour, 26, of Topsham, guilty of disorderly conduct, using offensive words or gestures, $100 fine; a charge of domestic violence assault was pled to another charge for an incident in Topsham on June 28, 2013.
