Girls’ Golf Fair upcoming
The First Tee of Maine will hold a first-ever free Girls’ Golf Fair for girls of all ages and abilities, June 22, from 1 to 4 p.m., at Riverside South Golf Course. Maine Basketball Hall of Fame golf fundraiser upcoming
The first Southern Maine golf scramble to benefit the Maine Basketball Hall of Fame will be held Monday, July 21 at the Falmouth Country Club. The scramble begins with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. The five-man team entry fee of $625 includes two carts and an awards luncheon, scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. FMI, 504-6182 or tfmaines@comcast.net.
Tennis tournament upcoming
The 45th annual A&J open tennis tournament will be held June 20-22 at the Fore River Tennis Complex in Portland. Open competition will be held in men’s and women’s singles, men’s doubles and mixed doubles, as well as men’s 35-and-over and 55-and-over singles. Registration deadline is June 19.
