Has Bill Nemitz renewed his driver’s license lately? Is he aware of the documentation you need to simply renew a license? You need to prove not only that you are a resident of the state but also a legal resident of the United States, and then pay for the license.
I suggest it is not unreasonable to prove your legal status before you receive taxpayer dollars.
