YORK — Bean Group recently announced that Dawn Belliveau has joined the company’s York real estate team.

Belliveau is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors and York County Council of Realtors.

“We’re happy to have Dawn join Bean Group, and we are confident that her knowledge of the York area will prove to be an asset to our customers in that region,” said Adam Dean, director of Residential Brokerage Services.

Belliveau was raised in York, and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work. She said she enjoys serving as a board member for Cherish the Children and spending time being active outdoors.

Founded in 2003, Bean Group is a real estate company in New England and is home to nearly 300 agents with 15 offices.
