SOUTH PORTLAND — Robert Graff struck out 17 in a two-hitter, and Jon Vickers hit a sacrifice fly to end the game in the bottom of the seventh inning Tuesday as Morrill Post beat Libby-Mitchell 2-1 in an American Legion baseball game.

Vickers’ sacrifice fly drove in Sam Solomon for Morrill (3-1).

Graff walked one and allowed Brendan Kane’s RBI single in the third. Morrill evened it in the sixth when Adam Helmke’s triple brought home Jacob Brown.

Tim Brigham allowed eight hits and walked none for Libby-Mitchell (1-2).

CUMBERLAND 7, YARMOUTH 0: Bailey Train pitched a three-hitter, striking out 13 and walking none, and capped the scoring with a three-run double in the sixth to lead Cumberland (1-0) at Yarmouth.

Justin Leeman’s two-run triple keyed a four-run fourth for Cumberland.

SACO-BIDDEFORD SAVINGS 6, FALMOUTH 0: Zack Bean struck out nine and held Falmouth (1-3) to three hits and three walks as Saco-Biddeford Savings (3-1) won at Westbrook.

Bailey Sawyer’s two-run single and Bailey Ryan’s RBI double sparked a five-run second inning for the Westbrook squad.

YANKEE FORD 2, ANDREWS 1: Nate Smith held Andrews (1-2) to a run on six hits in six innings, helping Yankee Ford (2-1) win at Portland.

Mitchell Powers tripled and scored on Jared Brooks’ single in the second for Yankee, and Logan McCarthy scored on a grounder in the third.

YORK-WELLS 9, NOBLE 6: Derek Neal hit a two-out walkoff three-run homer for York-Wells 9-6 at York.

York took a 6-5 lead in the bottom of the sixth on a two-run single by Cole Merritt. Noble responded with the tying run in the top of the seventh on a double steal, with Corey Halliday scoring.

Neal finished 4 for 4 with four RBI and three runs.

JUNIOR LEGION

BANGOR 5, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 2: Derek Fournier had a single and a triple as Bangor (5-2) topped Gray-New Gloucester (2-4) at New Gloucester.

SOUTH PORTLAND 11, LIBBY-MITCHELL 0: Ben Conti pitched a three-hitter with seven strikeouts and no walks as South Portland (4-1) beat Libby-Mitchell (0-3) at Scarborough. Alex Livingston and Drew Abramson had three hits each.

BRUNO’S 18, A.T. HUTCHINS 2: In a game tied 2-2 after four innings, Bruno’s Restaurant put together a nine- run fifth inning at Portland.
