WESTBROOK — Keenen Lowe pitched a two-hitter with four strikeouts, and also had two hits and an RBI to lead Saco-Biddeford Savings to a 5-1 victory against Bonny Eagle in an American Legion Zone 4 baseball game Thursday.

Jack McCullough added three hits with an RBI and a run for Westbrook (4-1).

LIBBY-MITCHELL 3, CUMBERLAND 0: Sam Warren threw a two-hitter with three strikeouts and two walks to lift Libby-Mitchell (2-2) at Scarborough.

Nick Sucheki had three hits and scored, and Matt Denison drove in the first run with a second-inning single.

STAPLES CROSSING 8, YORK 3: Max McCoomb drove in the go-ahead run with a single, sparking a five-run sixth inning as Staples Crossing (5-0) pulled away at South Berwick.

Matt Brenner added a two-run homer in the inning and Deion Stewart closed the scoring with a two-run single.

MOODY’S 5, YANKEE FORD 3: Tom Hazelton threw a two-hitter to lead Moody’s (3-1) at Gorham.

Hazelton, who had a no-hitter going into the seventh inning, struck out six and walked one.

Damon Wallace of Moody’s had a triple and a homer and scored three runs. Jordan Ward added three hits, and Spencer Lapierre, Alex McCarthy an Tom Hazelton each added a pair of singles.

Michael Powers of Yankee Ford struck out 12 and walked two.

MORRILL POST 5, SCHWARTZS & SCHWARTZS 1: Brad Sowerby struck out six and walked one in a five-hitter, and also went 2 for 3 with three RBI to lead Morrill Post at South Portland.

BRUNO’S 3, LIBBY-MITCHELL 2: Nick Stasium scored the winning run on an infield error as Bruno’s Restaurant (6-1) edged Libby-Mitchell (0-6) in 10 innings at Portland.

Charles Barnard was the only player with multiple hits for Bruno’s. John Timpson, Bob Gardiner and Cary Price each had a pair of singles for Libby-Mitchell.

STANDISH POST 128 9, EAGLES 7: Zack Hicks had the winning RBI as Standish Post 128 (4-2) beat the Eagles (2-3) at Standish.

Noah Scribner was 2 for 3 with three runs and an RBI, and Reed Wallingford and Hicks each had a pair of singles for Standish.

Brandon Dyer had a single and a double for the Eagles.

YANKEE FORD 9, CHASE CUSTOM HOMES 6: Gavin Curran and Jack Whaley each had a pair of hits as Yankee Ford (5-2) defeated Chase Custom Homes (2-3) at Portland.

Whaley pitched the first four innings to pick up the victory.

OXFORD HILLS 6, SOUTH PORTLAND 5: Bailey West scored on a suicide squeeze by Tyler Curtis in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift Oxford Hills (4-2) to a victory against South Portland (4-2) at South Paris.

WELLS POST 143 9, A.T. HUTCHINS 5: Wells Post 143 (6-0) scored four runs in the top of the eighth inning to edge A.T. Hutchins (1-4) at Portland.

Cody Cousins went the distance to pick up the victory.
