Artist Michael Weymouth and poet Elizabeth Garber will team up for an artist reception and author talk about their new award-winning book about Penobscot Bay, “Maine (Island Time),” that features the watercolor art of Weymouth and the poetry of Garber. Both the paintings and the poetry, as well as the published book, will be displayed at the Camden Public Library’s Picker Room through July.
