7/3 at 12:05 a.m. Kyle N. Ouellet, 25, of Lewiston Road, Topsham, was arrested on Perryman Drive by Officer Garrett G. Brosnan on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

7/4 at 3:09 p.m. James M. Rollins, 28, no address listed, was arrested on Union Street by Officer Julia Gillespie on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

7/5 at 1:13 p.m. Tarl Bailey, 41, of School Street was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Julia Gillespie on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

7/5 at 4:22 p.m. Leroy Leavitt, 29, of Elm Street, Bath, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Julia Gillespie on a charge of with disorderly conduct.

7/5 at 10:40 p.m. A 16 year-old juvenile, gender and hometown unlisted, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Patrick Scott and on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of tobacco products by a minor and possession of liquor by a minor.

7/7 at 1:15 p.m. Francis I. Millhollan, 43, of Lisbon Street, Lisbon Falls, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Brian Funke on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release.

7/8 at 9:24 p.m. Adam M. Rinko, 34, of McKeen Street, was arrested on McKeen Street by Officer Robert Lane on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing.
