The Chebeague Island Inn is partnering with the American Caviar Co. Thursday to serve a five-course guided caviar tasting dinner at the inn’s restaurant.

Robert Gardner, owner of American Caviar, will be at the dinner to talk about the caviar selections.

The menu will include a seared diver scallop served with lemon verbena, strawberry gazpacho and Northern Lights caviar and a frozen creme fraiche souffle served with Siberian sturgeon caviar.

The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and costs $100 per person, plus tax and gratuity. To reserve a spot, call 846-5155.
