PORTLAND — Construction of two pedestrian and fishing extensions on the new Martin’s Point Bridge will cause traffic delays Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.

Project spokeswoman Carol Morris said placing the concrete for the areas will require restricting traffic to one alternating lane from noon-4 p.m. Thursday and from 7 a.m.-noon Friday.
