I am supporting Democrat Teresa Pierce to represent House District 44 in the state Legislature. Teresa understands that growth must ensure the protection of our natural resources and environment. She has worked to preserve open space in Falmouth and has championed renewable energies and energy efficiency in our schools and municipal buildings. She knows that a healthy environment and robust natural resources are an important foundation for our state’s future growth and prosperity.
I had the pleasure of serving with Teresa while she chaired the Falmouth Town Council and have observed her during her six years on the council. She is an open and fair leader who has kept the interests of Falmouth in the forefront of her decision-making and she will continue to do so in the Legislature.
