PROVIDENCE, R.I. – An animal rescue team from Mystic Aquarium is planning to release four harbor seal pups into the waters off Rhode Island.
Two male and two female harbor seal pups, named Orion, Bullwinkle, Freya and Loki, were thin when they were found in Maine in May.
Orion and Bullwinkle were also dehydrated. They were rehabilitated and taught to catch fish at the aquarium in Mystic, Connecticut.
The seals are set to be released at Blue Shutters Town Beach in Charlestown, Rhode Island, on Thursday morning.
