BRUNSWICK — Coastal Enterprises Inc., a nonprofit community development organization, with the support of Maine State Housing Authority, will offer the first-time homebuyer seminar on Saturdays, Oct. 11 and 18, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Brunswick Housing Authority, Woodlawn Towers, in Brunswick.

The purpose of the course is to help people prepare for and be well informed about the process of buying a home.

Preregistration is required and there is a $30/person or $50/couple (or co-buyer) nonrefundable charge for the seminar. Registrations will not be accepted after Oct. 3.
