CAPE ELIZABETH — Maddie Bowe finished with 10 kills and three blocks Saturday to lead Cape Elizabeth to a 3-0 victory against Windham in a schoolgirl volleyball match.

The Capers (4-2) defeated the Eagles (3-4) by scores of 25-15, 25-12 and 25-23.

Jamie Jannarone had six kills for the Eagles.

BUCKSPORT 3, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 2: Chloe Stubbs’ seven aces helped Bucksport (4-4) take a five-game (16-25, 25-22, 25-22, 20-25, 15-12) victory against the Panthers (1-6) in Yarmouth.

Whitney Audet added four aces and Joy Fitzgerald had three for the Golden Bucks. Diana McLeod had 13 aces for NYA.

YARMOUTH 3, BUCKSPORT 0: Morgan Hamre collected 13 consecutive service points in the second game to give the Clippers (6-1) a second 25-10 victory against Bucksport (4-4) during a straight-set win in Yarmouth.

Yarmouth added a 25-10 victory in the third game.

Holly Judkins led the Golden Bucks with four service points and an ace.

NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 3, SUMNER 0: Anya Siviski served nine aces and assisted on 10 kills to lift the Panthers (1-6) to a 25-23, 26-24, 25-12 triumph over Sumner (2-5) in Yarmouth.

Nina Nabbitt added six aces and a pair of kills, and Suzanna Butterfield two aces and eight kills for NYA. Julia Tardy powered six aces for the Tigers.

YARMOUTH 3, SUMNER 0: Cat Thompson had five kills and Rachel Chille added nine aces as the Clippers (6-1) downed the Tigers (2-5) in straight sets in Yarmouth.

Julia Tardy chipped in 12 digs and three service points, and Amie O’Hara had seven digs and one ace for Yarmouth.

Tianah Johnson finished with eight digs for Sumner.

FIELD HOCKEY

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 4, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 2: Janelle Wiesemann flicked Mackenzie Hill’s cross into the cage with five minutes left to give the Raiders (5-3) a 3-2 lead against Gray-New Gloucester (1-6) in Fryeburg.

Hill drove a flat corner across the goalmouth to set up the decisive shot. Wiesemann set up Sydney Andreoli for a final goal with 1:24 left.

Nicki Thurston and Lexi Charles also scored, and Jasmine Ramsay had two saves for Fryeburg. Sara Carder and Emilie Sanborn scored, and Adrianna Kimball blocked 10 shots for Gray-New Gloucester.

KENNEBUNK 4, GREELY 1: Olivia Sandford scored three goals to lead the Rams (4-5) past the Rangers (3-6) in Kennebunk.

Jackie Murphy also scored for Kennebunk. Dana Kenniston answered for Greely.

NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 3, WELLS 0: Kiersten Marr and Marina Poole scored in the first half and Mackenzie Sangster in the second as the Panthers (7-2) beat the Warriors (4-5) in Yarmouth.

Poole and Charlotte Eisenberg each contributed an assist. Elizabeth Coughlin needed three saves for the shutout.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

GREELY 3, FREEPORT 0: Izzy Hutnak had a goal and an assist as the Rangers (7-0) shut out Freeport (1-6) in Cumberland.

Jocelyn Mitiguy and Allison Coon also scored, and Maddie Cyr stopped both shots she faced for Greely.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 2, WELLS 1: Maria Valente set up two goals with long throw-ins as the Patriots (3-4) beat the Warriors (0-7) in Wells.

Caitlin Holmquist put the Patriots ahead late in the first half and Hannah Dixon made it 2-0 midway through the second.

Maddie Taylor scored for Wells on a direct kick from 25 yards with 10:28 remaining.

BOYS’ SOCCER

WAYNFLETE 2, YARMOUTH 2: Willy Burdick tied it for Waynflete (4-1-1) on a penalty kick with 14:40 left in regulation in a draw against the Clippers (5-1-1) at Yarmouth.

Yarmouth took the lead after six minutes when Henry Coolidge scored from Adam LaBrie. Four minutes later, LaBrie scored from Coolidge to make it 2-0.

Harry Baker-Connick scored for the Flyers with 12 minutes left in the first half.

FRIDAY’S GIRLS’ SOCCER

BONNY EAGLE 4, NOBLE 1: Maddie Freeman scored her second goal of the game 30 seconds into the second half to extend the lead to 4-0 as the Scots (1-5-1) downed the Knights (1-6) in North Berwick.

Lizzie Adkins and Hannah Trudelle scored in the first half for the Scots. Adkins and Freeman also had one assist apiece.

Noble’s goal was scored by Sammy Couture.

MORSE 2, ERSKINE ACADEMY 2: Miracle Trimble’s goal with less than a minute remaining in regulation enabled Morse (4-2-1) to secure a draw against Erskine (5-1-1) at Bath.

Lauren Pelletier gave Morse a 1-0 lead a minute into the second half, then set up the tying goal by Trimble after Erskine surged ahead.
