10/8 at 10:08 a.m. Frederick H. Wynn, 25, of Boothby Road, Saco, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/8 at 7:58 p.m. Timothy N. Stafford, 47, of Main Street, Waitsfield, Vermont, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of aggravated assault and assault.
