Five Rivers Arts Alliance presents their 17th Annual ADAA Holiday Show & Sale on the weekend of November 14, 15, and 16th at four Brunswick venues.

This year’s group show will be held at The Gallery at Fort Andross (next to Frontier Café). The other venues include: Spindleworks on Lincoln Street, Summer Island Studio in the Tontine Mall, and K Saila Fine Art Studio on Meadowbrook Road.

The group show includes more than 25 artists from Brunswick, Freeport, Bath, Harpswell, Topsham and Bowdoinham. The assortment of work that will be offered includes: acrylic paintings, encaustics, drawings, oils, watercolors as well as textile and fiber arts, weavings, photography, baskets, ceramics, glass, woodworking, jewelry and stationary. The show will be held at The Gallery in Fort Andross this year. This is a larger venue than in past years and more accessible than second floor venues previously used.

Music on all three days will include: Pejepscot Station on Friday evening, Carter Ruff and Pretty Girls Sing Soprano on Saturday and Hurry Down Sunshine and Randy Lindsey on Sunday.

Summer Island Studio – Gallery of Fine Artisans will be celebrating the Arts Down Town and All Around with an Artist’s Reception with Harriet Lindeman of Brunswick, and a Trunk Show with Angelrox new company from Maine that makes beautiful clothes out of bamboo.

Spindleworks’ more than 40 artists will offer their work in a variety of mediums, including painting and drawing, photography, ceramics and woodworking, weaving and other fiber and fabric arts.

K Saila Fine Art Studio features Karl’s work in watercolor, pen & ink and acrylics.

Work will be available for sale at all four venues. The show will be held Friday evening 5-8 pm, Saturday 11am- 4pm, and Sunday 1am-4pm. Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
