My Republican persuasion notwithstanding, I wholeheartedly support Democrat Anne Graham as state representative.

I first met Anne in church and got to know her as a conscientious person who has the best interests of the state and town of North Yarmouth in mind.

She is a pediatric nurse practitioner and on the faculty of St. Joseph’s College, teaching freshman nursing students, which makes her ideal in the state Legislature when health issues come to the floor. She’s a mother of three children, and she and her husband have been residents of North Yarmouth for 20 years.

I urge District 109 residents (North Yarmouth, Gray and Pownal) to vote for Anne on Nov. 4 for her third term.
