Traffic was moving again after a broken-down vehicle on Interstate 295 northbound in Cumberland was causing delays just as rush-hour traffic was picking up Friday afternoon.
The disabled vehicle was reported to Maine State Police at about 3:30 p.m., but by 4:30 p.m. there was no sign of it and traffic had begun moving more smoothly.
